Selection for Blair Atholl 2014

Clyde Region has requested 8 patrols for the Jamborette and participants for these patrols will be selected from throughout the Region.
An application form is available for Explorer Scouts who are over 14 years of age on 21 July 2014 and under 18 years of age on 1 August 2014 . No Explorer Scouts outwith these age ranges will be accepted as a participant at this event (please note that this is a change from the organisers of Blair Atholl which is different from previous Jamborette’s).
All applicants must have registered with and transferred to an Explorer Scout Unit by the time of the event.
Application forms should be appropriately signed and returned, marked ‘Blair Atholl’ to the Regional Office by Friday 4 October 2013.
The total cost of participation, including training weekends (1 day and 2 weekends) and transport is £330. A £100 non-refundable deposit will be due by Friday 6 December 2013. Full details of the payment schedule will be provided after selection.
The selection will take place at Avondyke Scout Training Centre on either Saturday 2nd or Sunday 3rd November 2013 and all applicants must be available for selection on one of these days. Selection will take the form of of participation in a number of activities, working together as small groups and an informal discussion about what you could bring as a member of the Unit.
